i have a sick kiddo at home this week. aaallllll week. influenza b mean no school for him... and no break for me. let's keep our fingers crossed that no one else gets sick. lunches and suppers will be bland get-better food. hopefully later in the week, hubby and i can sneak away for a bit. what do you make when you have sick kids?

wednesday - turkey pepperjack sandwiches with cucumbers, green peppers and sprouts (different sandwich for him?)

thursday - eat out at luna's

friday - chocolate chip pancakes

grapefruit with sugar
apple juice
saturday - applesauce barbeque chicken (taste of home recipe)
sauteed zucchini with garlic

ice cream sandwiches
sunday - steak sandwich with gorgonzola and mushrooms
roasted brussel sprouts and butternut squash
fruit salad
