sunday - pot roast
sweet potatoes and carrots
salad with mandarin oranges

monday - leftovers

tuesday - pork chops with pureed beets
steamed broccoli and cauliflower

wednesday - buffalo chicken stromboli
salad with bacon, slivered almonds and blue cheese

thursday - black bean, pineapple and muenster quesadilla
sauteed zucchini and mushrooms

friday - eat out at old chicago

saturday - eat out at carrabba's

sunday - eat out at old grandview bar
