confession: i am bad. very, very bad. or maybe i should say last week was bad. very, very bad. (yes, blame the week, not me!) we only followed the menu two nights last week and just ate willy-nilly-all-over-the-place the rest of the nights. i called the hubby on his way home from work to ask him to pick up supplies for different meals three nights this week. three nights! i just wasn't feelin' it. *sigh* so anyway... please forgive me when you see last week's menu again. okay? here we go for this week.
sunday - blt's
cold pasta salad with red peppers, pepperoni and goat cheese
monday - leftovers (we have pad thai, chicken stroganoff, taco meat and one more thing that i can't remember right now)

salad with par-boiled asparagus, apple chunks and asiago cheese
tomato soup carrot cake muffins
wednesday - zucchini 'pasta' in alfredo sauce
wheat garlic toast
salad with chickpeas, mushrooms, yellow peppers, cucumbers and sprouts
thursday - brady street chicken
spaghetti squash sauteed with garlic, green peppers, fresh basil and shaved manchego cheese
friday - eat out at 'sanfords'
saturday - eat out at 'the cedar house'
sunday - eat out at 'shoot the bull restaurant'
