sunday - yellow peppers stuffed with sea scallops, grilled pear, toasted walnuts and brie
spinach salad with spicy shrimp, heart of palm and grapefruit
lemon rice and cilantro
chocolate chip cookies

monday - eat out at 'smokey's bbq'

salad with blue cheese dressing

thursday - orange-cranberry chicken
steamed broccoli and cauliflower
pasta salad with tomatoes, zucchini and feta (recipe from 'the pioneer woman cooks')

friday - eat filet of fish sandwiches at mcdonalds

saturday - taco casserole
jalapeno green beans
