thursday - pot roast

salad greens with artichokes, tomatoes, gorgonzola and apples in a balsamic vinaigrette
strawberry trifle

friday - bacon-wrapped shrimp
veggie kabobs
cottage cheese

saturday - eat out at 'lola's' for 5280 week

sunday - parmesan lemon chicken with feta
sauteed summer squash and zucchini
