sunday - pork chops with apples and sweet potatoes
roasted parmesan asparagus
watermelon

monday - warm lemon pepper chicken salad
blue cheese and bacon potato crisps
celery with cheese spread
peaches

tuesday - eat out at 'the lodge'

wednesday - grilled shrimp, parmesan, carrots and romaine
green beans with bacon and onions
apricots

thursday - apple-ginger egg rolls
roasted broccoli
coconut-lime tart

friday - turkey and pesto ravioli with fresh tomato sauce
salad with olives, artichokes, garlic croutons and sharp cheddar
plums

saturday - leftovers

sunday - spicy beef-noodle bowl
edamame
strawberry ice with cinnamon crunch chips
