menu planning 5/13-5/19

sunday - french dip (provolone)
cauliflower in curry butter
cranberry and cucumber salad
cottage cheese

monday -chicken pot pie
lemongrass green beans
string cheese

tuesday - portabella mushroom parmesan
cucumber and tomato salad
mandarin oranges

wednesday - salmon with grape chutney
pasta salad with red peppers and olives
spinach salad with pickled beets, radishes, raisins and feta
baked golden apple turnovers

thursday -eat out at vita

friday - leftovers

saturday - cheeseburgers
guacamole and chips
sweet potato fries

sunday - bacon, leek and tomato spaghetti (rachael ray recipe)
broccoli and cauliflower ranch salad
