menu planning 5/20-5/26

sunday - bacon, leek and tomato spaghetti (rachael ray recipe)
broccoli and cauliflower ranch salad

monday - leftovers

tuesday - taco salad with colby jack
brussel sprouts with garlic-fig reduction
bananas with peanut butter

wednesday - eat out at linger

thursday - grilled mozzarella cheese sandwiches and tomato soup
celery with smokey cheese spread
blueberries and creme

friday - spanikopita
grilled asparagus with lemon balsamic vinegar
white peach pie with vanilla ice cream

saturday - crab-stuffed zucchini with green beans sauteed in olive oil and garlic (everyday health)
jack in the bean dip with tomatoes and green onions

sunday - bangers
potato packets
salad with strawberries, pecans and blue cheese
