menu planning 7/8-7/14

sunday - baked macaroni and cheese
buttered peas
yogurt with raspberries and granola

monday - grilled cheese and ham sandwich
salad with mandarin oranges, beets, almonds and feta
banana slices topped with melted chocolate and pecans

tuesday - steak fajitas with sour cream and sharp cheddar
carrot fries
strawberries and kiwi
milk
fudge bar

wednesday - salmon salad on crackers
cucumber, tomato and gouda toss
corn on the cob
peaches
yogurt

thursday - eat out at rosati's

friday - shrimp saute (with garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, lemon juice and chicken broth)
pasta salad with yellow cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and romano
zucchini
blueberries
string cheese
baked croissant s'mores

saturday - leftovers

sunday - chicken and cauliflower alfredo
grapefruit and avocado salad with poppy seed dressing (one perfect bite)
green salad with grilled leeks and manchego
cottage cheese
watermelon
