menu planning 11/18-11/24

it's thanksgiving week and i am thankful for cheese.  what are you thankful for?

sunday - chicken stew with veggies
steamed broccoli and cauliflower with parmesan

monday - french toast
scrambled eggs
tator tots

tuesday - gaucamole bar with lump crab and smoked salmon salad
stuffed mushrooms with feta and tomatoes
mandarin oranges

wednesday - bean and bacon taco casserole (provolone)
green beans and wax beans

thursday - turkey
cheese tray with brie, manchego and saint agur blue
mashed potatoes
hashbrown casserole
sweet potato mash
overnight salad
broccoli-cauliflower-bacon salad
broiled asparagus
raspberry jello
snicker apple salad
orange-cranberry buns
pumpkin pie
butterscotch layer bars

friday - turkey-stuffing-cranberry sandwiches
cheddar potato soup
roasted vegetables (brussel sprouts and butternut squash)

saturday -  leftovers

sunday - flank steak and zucchini torta
celery with peanut butter
spinach salad with carrots, cucumbers and garlic croutons
