Do you have a recipe for the kielbasa hobo packets?
ReplyDeletesure. thinly slice and place in seperate bowls: 1 kielbasa, 4-5 potatoes, 4-5 large carrots, 1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper (or any other veggie you think would be tasty). black beans make a great addition.
ReplyDeletepreheat oven to 375 degrees.
make tinfoil 'boats' with one-two teaspoons of butter. allow each person to add as much of each ingredient as they want. close up the top steam of the boat and have person write their initals on side of packet with a permanent marker.
place boats on a cookie sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. serve in packets or dump contents on plates.
