menu planning 1/30-2/5

sunday - pasta fagioli (pasta, beans, sun-dried tomatoes, onions, spinach)
roasted cauliflower
raspberries and blackberries

monday - eat out at panera bread

tuesday - beefy bagel sandwich with provolone
ice cream with hot fudge

wednesday - creamy potato soup
cambozola and rosemary crackers
salad with tomato, cucumbers and almonds

thursday - leftovers

friday - fried egg sandwich with pickles and american cheese
skillet potatoes with onions and peppers
apples in caramel sauce with granola

saturday - double parmesan chicken cutlet salad
spaghetti squash
green grapes

sunday - baked teriyaki salmon
mango coconut rice
steamed cauliflower, broccoli and carrots with garlic butter
stawberry shortcake
