sunday - salmon sandwich with bacon, thin green apple slices, arugula and chipolte mayo
creamy mushroom-barley risotto
greek chickpea salad
chocolate pudding with banana slices

monday - eat out at estelle's

tuesday - buffalo chicken and blue cheese salad
broccoli
nectarines

wednesday - tuna cakes
sweet potato chunks in a rosemary butter sauce
grapes

thursday - pork chops primavera (green beans and cherry tomatoes)
quinoa with almonds and black beans
corn on the cob
raspberry jello

friday - eat out at chugwater chili

saturday - peanut butter, nutella and banana sandwich
carrots and celery with dip
mandarin oranges

sunday - leftovers
