monday - barbeque pork kabobs
grilled summer squash and peppers
hot blue cheese dip with bagel crisps

spinach salad with bacon, tomato and mozzarella
redhot applesauce

sunday - grilled cheese and spicy tomato soup
broccoli with lemon zest
