menu planning 11/13-11/19

we have finally eaten the last of the zucchini and green beans from the garden. we still have some green tomatoes that i hope will ripen.

sunday - jumbo crab cakes
salad with smoked salmon, red onions and blue cheese
spaghetti squash with butter and parmesan

monday - thai basil chicken
veggie medley

tuesday - roast
baby yukon gold potatoes and baby carrots
green grapes

wednesday - grilled pork chops
corn on the cob
buttered peas

thursday - leftovers

friday - cucumber, avocado and gorgonzola in a pita with lemon-balsamic drizzle
cauliflower soup
spring green salad with cucumbers, mushrooms, edamame and gouda
honeydew melon

saturday - eat out at thirty fourteen

sunday - bacon chili
indian fry bread
sweet potato casserole
