menu planning 8/26-9/1

we have a lot of garden produce to eat this week - green beans, zucchini, tomatoes, raspberries and peaches.

sunday - mediterranean chicken with artichokes and capers
walnut eggplant pate
zucchini fries
golden raspberries (picked from our garden)

monday - brown rice with seared tuna and avocado
salad
tomatoes with mozzarella and basil
sliced pears with walnuts, honey and gorgonzola
yogurt

tuesday - leftovers

wednesday - eat out at asti d'italia (to celebrate our anniversary)

thursday - bagel bites with salmon and oven-roasted tomatoes
lemon ricotta kale dip on crackers topped with shrimp
toast points with butter, chives, sliced turkey and smoked gouda

friday - bacon and avocado pizza
mushrooms in butter
cantaloupe and strawberries

saturday - lentil stuffed mini peppers with cheddar
green beans
sliced peaches
toasted baguette with dark chocolate and salt
wine

sunday -  tortellini soup
garlic naan
salad
zucchini, red pepper and parmesan saute
raspberries over ice cream
