menu planning 1/6-1/12

last week = no salmon, no shrimp salad, no ribs.  isn't it too early in the year to be pushing off my menu?  let's see how we do this week.


sunday - ribs
brussel sprouts

monday - salsa chicken
edamame
pears
cottage cheese

wednesday - eat out at le grand bistro

thursday - beef stew
delice de bourgogne (spreadable brie) with multigrain crackers
caeser salad
blueberries

friday - leftovers

saturday - tortellini with shrimp and red pepper pesto
yellow cherry tomatoes with mozzarella pearls
honeydew melons

sunday - mustard and basil glazed halibut with lemon
pepper stir-fry with bacon
cheesy garlic mashed potatoes
strawberries
yogurt
