menu planning 1/13-1/19

we made paninis last week for lunch.  yum!  they take an ordinary sandwich and make it amazing.  for some reason, i am willing to be much more creative with panini ingredients than with sandwich ingredients.  i must have something to do with the crunchy bread.  also, i had a love affair with caprese salad last week.  i am still not over it...

sunday - mustard and basil glazed halibut with lemon
pepper stir-fry with bacon
garlic mashed potatoes

monday - kielbasa hobo packets
green beans with garlic and bacon
salad with pepitas, craisins and feta

tuesday - five-layer dip with smoked cheddar
green peppers, cucumbers and baby carrots

wednesday - unbreaded chicken parmesan over spaghetti squash
steamed cauliflower
baked apples with caramel sauce

thursday - eat out at stella's

friday - french dip with au jus
marinated mushrooms
caprese salad

saturday - leftovers
*fly to arizona!

sunday - chili
cambozola with rosemary crackers
