menu planning 10/9-10/15

sunday - chicken parmesan wraps
broiled asparagus
fruit salad

monday - pepperoni pizza on zucchini rounds
cottage cheese
garden green beans with shredded parmesan
apples with peanut butter
root beer floats

tuesday - loaded baked potato soup
salad with red onions, cheddar cheese and salsa dressing
asparagus rolls

wednesday - eat out at the melting pot

thursday - roasted red pepper avocado clubs with white bean hummus and brie on marble bread
tomatoes with salt and pepper
cucumbers and carrots with hummus

friday - souvlaki sandwich (greek sausage) with peppers and feta
bacon and soy sauce fried rice
grilled sweet potatoes

saturday - leftovers

sunday - basil-buttered salmon (recipe from
sauteed summer squash
zucchini cake with cream cheese frosting
