friday - french toast with cinnamon

hashbrowns with peppers and onions
mango and banana smoothie
pumpkin bars

saturday - chicken dill salad in a pita
corn on the cob
strawberries
yogurt

sunday - philly cheesesteak with peppers, onions and cheese
salad with mandarin oranges, almonds and blue cheese
baked apple with raisins and cranberries
milk
