menu planning 3/11-3/17

sunday - chicken taco soup
broiled asparagus
banana with peanut butter

monday - steak cooked in salsa
spinach salad
cottage cheese
grilled brown sugar ginger pineapple

tuesday - seafood cocktail salad (shrimp, crab, carrots, red peppers, mayo and lime juice) over lettuce
dinner roll
green cauliflower

wednesday - eat out at bonefish grill

thursday - leftovers

friday - spinach mushroom pita pizza with fontina
caesar salad

saturday - chicken and mozzarella topped with lettuce, tomatoes, red pepper and basil bruschetta
carrot fries

sunday - roast beef and cheddar on crackers
blueberry crisp (graham cracker, butter, brown sugar and blueberries in microwave)
