tuesday - eat out at antica roma trattoria

wednesday - blt's with avocado and chipolte mayo
wild rice and mushrooms
cinnamon apples

thursday - fetticine alfredo
spinach salad with blueberries, almonds and parmesan

friday - leftovers

saturday - salmon with lemon viniagrette
cottage cheese
normandy vegetables

sunday - cranberry roast
roasted garlic mashed potatoes
broiled asparagus
raspberries and sliced bananas
