menu planning 1/22-1/28

i start running again this week to train for a half-marathon in may. i'm excited but nervous! we also have a family reunion (saturday, sunday and monday) so we will be gone for the weekend. lots of meals out for this family!

sunday - citris-baked salmon
sauteed green beans
cottage cheese
grapes

monday - leftovers

tuesday - eat out at qdoba

wednesday - egg burrito with ham, peppers, potatoes and cheese (and salsa)
broccoli
milk
blackberries

thursday - lasagna soup
cambozola with crackers
couscous with almonds and green onions
sauted mushrooms
asian pears

friday - gyro with feta, lettuce, tomato and tzatziki
ants on a log (celery with peanut butter and golden raisins)
raw cauliflower with dip
string cheese
white chocolate blueberry cobbler

saturday - eat out

sunday - eat out
