sunday - peppers stuffed with rice, mushrooms and sharp cheddar
purple cabbage, pea pods and shredded carrots in teriyaki
spinach salad (from the garden)
sliced apples with caramel

monday - eat out at vesta dipping grill

sauteed mushrooms and onions

wednesday - leftovers

thursday - skinny minnie tortilla soup
carrot sticks, celery and cucumbers with hummus
string cheese

friday - bacon-wrapped steak gorgonzola
orange cauliflower

saturday - garlic chicken and yellow pepper calzone
salad with almonds, craisins, mandarin oranges and blue cheese
sweet potato fries
apricot halves
chocolate cake

sunday - mojo cuban pork burritos
baked brie and crackers
grilled zucchini and summer squash
honeydew melon and canteloupe
