tuesday - french onion soup with gruyere
salad with goat cheese, acorn squash and white kidney beans
baby carrots
cherries

wednesday - portabella mushroom burgers
quinoa with corn, edamame and small mozzarella balls
twice baked sweet potatoes with cream cheese and brown sugar
canteloupe

thursday - eat out at ruby tuesday

friday - eggplant parmesan
spaghetti squash in marinara
brussel sprouts
kiwi

saturday - shrimp and orzo with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, scallions and feta in red wine vinegar
spinach salad with mushrooms, red peppers and sunflower seeds
zuchini fries
grilled ginger brown sugar pineapple
