menu planning 4/29-5/5

sunday - mojo cuban pork burritos
baked brie and crackers
grilled zucchini and summer squash
honeydew melon and canteloupe

monday - shrimp and stir-fry veggies
roasted asparagus
homemade ice cream with chocolate chip cookies

tuesday - chili lime and planko chicken strips (kraft dinner kit)
corn on the cob
peaches with cinnamon
cottage cheese

wednesday - skillet chicken parmesan (using parmesan, mozzarella and gouda)
brussel sprouts with toasted cashews

thursday - eat out at udi's pizza

friday - baked mostaccioli casserole with pepperoni and green peppers (using condensed cheese soup and mozzarella)
green beans
pear in riesling with blue cheese

saturday - butternut squash soup with bacon and sage (recipe from food for my family)
french bread
couscous with sweet potatoes, kidney beans and gorgonzola
southwest salad
green grapes
carrot cake

sunday - eat out at subway or taco johns
